At the age of just three, he is already following in the footsteps of his farming family by keeping a watchful eye on three newborn triplets at his grandad’s East Ayton farm.
The toddler has been entrusted to look after the fun-loving trio at Riverside Farm, as his doting grandad Dave Ward watches on with pride.

And unlike other youngsters their age, they are more interested in agriculture and the outdoors than computer games and TV.
“I’m over the moon with them both,” said Dave.
“It’s amazing to think Louis is only three, but he loves getting involved and helping out and having the sheep are really helping him along.
“Having triplets is really rare too, and they’ve already been nicknamed the three musketeers – we’ve called them Peter, Roger and Little S.”
