Adult panto show one of many heading to Whitby Pavilion next year

Whitby Pavilion has announced the latest tranche of shows and artists heading to the venue next year.

An adult panto, entitled Sleeping with Beauty, will be showcased on Sunday, April 25.

The panto stars Hollyoaks and Waterloo Road’s Ben-Ryan Davies as The Prince and Liam Mellor as Jangles.

A spokesman said: “This is for all you big boys and girls, so leave the kids at home and get your tickets for this fun show for one night only.”

The pavilion has announced a new date for soul legends The Real Thing.

The band will now play its Greatest Hits Tour on Saturday, June 12.

Also in June, Rob Lamberti will present A Celebration of the Songs and Music of George Michael (June 26).

Hello Again – A Tribute to Neil Diamond – will takes place on Sunday, May 16, while Icons of Darts with Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor and Raymond van Barneveld has been rescheduled until Saturday, December 18.

The Bay Town Players’ production of The Vicar Dibley takes place next October and Roy Chubby Brown will play his rescheduled show will be on Saturday, October 2.
