Chloe Colman, 22-year-old musical theatre student, has created an Instagram account providing both dancers and those wanting to keep fit with a daily timetable of classes.

Chloe, who is now in her final year studying at Bodywork Dance Company, Cambridge, has developed a site called Live Stream Dance Fitness.

She said: “Since the start of COVID-19, as a performer I realised how much training we were losing with the uncertainty of the length of the time our establishments would be closed.

“When scrolling through social media I began to notice the amount of choreographers and teachers providing free classes online. These became very difficult to keep up with, which is where Live Stream Dance Fitness was founded.

“The site has 22.3K followers, from many countries in just two weeks.

“As this site has grown we have introduced Q&A sessions with industry professionals who have worked in the west end, on cruises and TV.

“Most recently we have introduced our mental health ambassador who is offering live chats on a regular basis.”
