Coroner's office wants your help in tracing family of man who died in Scarborough

North Yorkshire Coroner’s office is asking for help finding the family of a man who died in Scarborough at the weekend.

Ivan McCormick, 73, of Byron Terrace in Houghton Le Spring, near Sunderland, died while staying at a hotel in Scarborough on Sunday.

Coroner's officers have been unable to trace his next of kin and are appealing to family members or anyone who might have known Ivan and can help locate his family to contact them on 01609 643123.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
