She became one of the four finalists on Channel 4’s Junior Bake Off.

Thousands of young people applied, but only 20 successfully made it through to the Bake Off tent.

Eliza impressed the judges with her baking skills, winning star baker five times over the series.

Harry Hill hosts the programme with Prue Leith and Liam Charles as judges to find Britain’s best junior baker.

Eliza was introduced to baking by her gran at four years old - who was famous for her strawberry and cream sponges.

Eliza used her adventurous and meticulous style to create drip cakes, gingerbread houses, and a cake that featured her Dad reclining on a sofa.

She is keen to combine a love of animals with science by becoming a vet.

She currently lives with her mum, dad, younger sister and several pets.

The winner of the Junior Bake Off was Fin, 13, from Manchester.
