The symmetry of the facade is a delight.

Residents each have their own, self-contained apartment with its own front door. The apartments each have a large living room, a small kitchen and bathroom. Residents are invited to furnish their own apartments and those wishing to tend a nearby flower bed are encouraged to do so. Residents take their main meal at midday in the pleasant first floor dining room overlooking the rose garden, and prepare breakfast and evening meals in their own kitchens.

The centre of the structure houses the communal area.
The leaded windows are a feature of the house.
