Yesterday evening's event held two different races, a 5K and 10K, with competitors encouraged to run, walk or skip in fancy dress outfits of bright pink attire.
This year's race started at the SeaLife Centre on Scalby Mills Road with the circuit going along the promenade and through the Open Air Theatre with the money raised helping scientists to find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer.
