The Scarborough based charity offers a range of therapeutic programmes and projects that support adults, young people and children from their studios based at Woodend, The Crescent, Scarborough, and they are now looking for a group of around 10 veterans to join them.

The programme is a new kind of creative group opportunity, lasting six months and culminating with a public exhibition of their work.

The group will initially get together at Woodend to receive their art materials. They will have the opportunity to discuss ideas and creative themes for the project with two of the charity's qualified art therapists.

Meetings will then take place every two weeks over Zoom, with two more face to face sessions at Woodend, one in the middle of the course and one just before the exhibition.

Each meeting at Woodend will give the opportunity for the group to share thoughts, ideas and their artwork while sharing tea and cake or fish and chips.
