Police appeal for witnesses after man, 21, knocked unconscious during violence in Malton pub

A man was knocked out during a violent incident in a pub.

The 21-year-old was taken to hospital after being knocked unconscious in The New Globe Inn on Yorkersgate, Malton, on Thursday night.

He has since been discharged.

Police are appealing for anyone with information about the incident, which happened at around 10.45pm.


In particular, they want to know how the incident started and the identities of those involved.

Anyone with information that could help should contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option two, and ask for Ben Stanyon.
