Police close Falsgrave Road in Scarborough after man found and taken to hospital

Police shut a Scarborough road this morning after a man was found with serious injuries.

The man was discovered near Falsgrave Road at around 8.40am today and taken to hospital.

Officers are at Nathan Court, off Scalby Road, this morning, have closed Falsgrave Road and are asking people to avoid the area.

Anyone who saw an injured man in the Falsgrave Road area this morning is asked to contact police on 101, select option one and pass information to the force control room, quoting reference number 0101 of September 26.
