Praise for landlord's community spirit
Members of Hunmanby Parish Council have presented David Wells, the former landlord of The Cottage, with it's Community Spirit award.
Mr Wells has organised the Cottage Aid Fund Raising Event every year which has raised thousands of pounds for local charities. Although he has now retired as landlord he will still be organising the Cottage Aid Event.
Every year the council recognises community spirited residents with this special award.
