Drivers are warned of disruption due to roadworks taking place in Filey.
North Yorkshire County Council is due to start resurfacing works on Scarborough Road in Filey on Monday May 8.
The works are due to take place in the evening between 6pm and 2am to minimise disruption on this main road in and out of Filey.
The works are expected to last three days, weather-dependent.
Letters of notification have been sent to residents and advance warning and diversionary routes signposted.
It is envisaged that access to all estate roads either side of Scarborough Road will be via Scarborough Road roundabout
Access for pedestrians will be permitted when safe to do so. Site operatives will be on hand to assist anybody with particular access requirements.
The County Council and its highways contractors will make every effort to ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum for the duration of the works.
