Scarborough’s first food festival, near the Market Hall in St Helen’s Square, featured 10 traders who showcased a host of local produce and hand-made goods.
Products on sale included artisan chocolates, sauces, coffee, olive oil, pies, sausages and crepes. The festival also featured wood turning and plants.
The event was organised by Castle Community Partnership in conjunction with Scarborough Council and event promoters Sant’Angelo.
It is hoped that the event will become a regular fixture and there are also plans being put in place for Christmas.
