Emile Sinclair has departed Scarborough Athletic after just three months at the club.
The striker has struggled to balance his work and football, which the club feel has been affecting his performances on the pitch.
Boss Steve Kittrick said: "Emile has been working on a Friday night until late and we have tried to manage this to the best of our abilities.
"He has been juggling work, family and football, and to be honest it has been affecting his performances.
"I understand that Emile has to look after his family and in the non-league game it is a balancing act, but with him working until that late at night before a game, it isn't working out.
"Emile is a great lad and we wish him all the best for the future."
