Three-quarters of homes sold at High Mill site
Homebuilder Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire is inviting prospective buyers in Scarborough to visit its popular High Mill development.
Around 75% of the homes available on the site have now sold after a remarkable surge in sales in recent months.
High Mill is situated in Scalby and first opened its doors in autumn 2014. Since then it has become a favourite amongst first-time buyers and families.
The Government-backed Help to Buy scheme enables eligible buyers to secure a home at High Mill with just a five% deposit. While with Easymover, Taylor Wimpey helps the customer to sell their current home, managing the whole sales process and even covering the cost of the estate agent fees.
Debbie Whittingham, sales and marketing director, comments: “High Mill is one of our most popular developments in the region, due to its picturesque surroundings and the great range of amenities right on the doorstep.
“As we have a range of different home designs on offer, in addition to a number of financial schemes to assist buyers in their move, it’s no surprise it’s been such a popular spot for those looking to progress on the property ladder.”
“We would encourage anyone interested in moving to the area, to get in touch with our team as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.”
