Two children on an inflatable rescued off Filey as it drifted out to sea

Two children on an inflatable had to be rescued by Filey lifeboat volunteers and lifeguards yesterday.

The RNLI inshore lifeboat was called out at 5.35pm to help the youngsters who had drifted to around 400 metres off Filey beach.

The lifeboat crew and lifeguards escorted the inflatable back to shore.
