A woman is in a "critical but stable" condition following a serious crash near a village between Driffield and Scarborough.
The 27-year-old was airlifted to hospital after the three-vehicle crash at the junction of Scarborough Road and High Street, near Octon.
A total of seven people were injured in the collision between a white Ford Transit van, a silver Toyota Hilux and black Nissan X-Trail.
Following yesterday's crash, which happened at 1.45 pm, all seven people were taken to hospital.
The 27-year-old's injuries were initially thought to be life-threatening.
A police spokesman said: "Anyone with information about the incident, who has not yet spoken to police, is asked to call 101, quoting log number 353 of May 30."
Officers closed the B1253, west of Octon Crossroads, for a number of hours while emergency services attended.
