The puppy was sitting on a small ledge at the back of a shop building. Father Mr Le-mar jumped down to rescue the dog before uniting it with the owner. "We were at the Great Western Hotel having a coffee and could see a couple of guys stood on the edge of the cliff wondering what to do, so I thought I'd pop over and lend a hand, grab it and get on with my day," the Newquay resident said.
