North Yorkshire Police were called twice within an hour to Scarborough Sixth Form College.

Crews were called twice within an hour to Scarborough Sixth Form College on Saturday morning.

The fire service were first called to the Stepney Road college on 2.44am on Saturday March 11 after a false alarm due to a technical system fault.

The crew left the scene before returning again at 3.41am after the alarm was triggered for a second time due to a technical system fault.

The alarm was reset and the crew was stood down.
