Willis stars as Newlands sink Pier
Newlands Park edged their way to a 1-0 Division One victory over West Pier in the only Sunday League game on Thursday night.
Youngster Finlay Willis was the star of the show as a number of reserve team players made the step up to the first team.
Sixteen-year-old Willis scored the only goal of the game as was man of the match, while Kile Fields and Louis Mancrief also impressed.
The game between Angel Reserves and Golden Last in Division Two was called off because Golden Last failed to raise a side.
