Appeal for help with translation

COUNTLESS YEARS ago my church was entertaining a contingent of Russian Christians.

I was seated in my customary seat, when an English-speaking Russian dashed across from the entramce, pushed a tiny little box into my hand saying in perfect English, “That’s for you!”.

The tiny box contains a metal upright oval, the outer perimeter, golden colour has at its top arc “Vorontsovs Palace” and at the bottom arc it says “Alupka,” presumably the town where the palace is situated.

In the body of this little device there are three words, the middle one of which I cannot translate “Immota” which I presume is Latin, same as the other two words: Sompu Immota Fides Can anyone help?
