Crossroads improved

It is a relief that the crossroads at Seamer is being replaced with a mini-roundabout at last.

But why is it taking four weeks to place four mini-roundabout signs, cut off a few corners, re-surface and paint a white circle and a few road markings?

I recall recently, when an earthquake in Japan completely damaged a motorway, it was repaired in two days. Any Japanese workers in Scarborough?
