Store would be better located out of town and near proposed new estate

I oppose Tesco superstore due to restricted access, narrow roads, plus tight corners etc.

This store would be better sited on the new proposed housing estate on the new proposed road connecting Filey Road and Seamer Road. Large vehicles would have to have access from east or west in bad weather, accidents etc.

This keeps large vehicles used out of town, plus other traffic could access from east to west and vice versa keeping a lot of them out of town.

Housing should be built on Dean Road, a further virtue would be that traffic at present going into town to Tesco would also be kept out of town, also the traffic from any houses built at Eastfield would not have to go into town to shop at Tesco.
