£2,500 power tools stolen from building in Scarborough town centre that was being renovated

Police are investigating after valuable power tools were taken from a Scarborough renovation project.

The theft happened near Alma Square from a building that was being refurbished.

Several Milwaukee hand-held power tools worth around £2,500 were taken.

Anyone with information about the theft, which happened between Friday, March 13 and Monday, March 15, should call police on 101, select option two, and ask for PC Alex Warren.
