See inside trio of North Yorkshire holiday homes on market for £3m

Three North Yorkshire coast holiday homes have been put up for sale – for £3 million.

The properties have been owned and managed by North Yorkshire Coast Holidays for the past decade, but the owners are now selling as they plan retirement.

Kevin Wardell, NYCH director, said: “It has been a joy to run this exclusive holiday accommodation over the past 10 years.

“All our properties have been sympathetically renovated to suit a variety of groups, including family or friends, and we look forward to welcoming a new owner to take the business forward.”

The properties include Denmark House, Cross Hill, Hunmanby, an 18th Century, Grade II-listed property, the neighbouring Lucasland Holiday Complex, a collection of 18th Century barns converted into three self-contained cottages and a private pub, and Bourne End House, Primrose Valley Road, Primrose Valley, a large, detached former ‘gentleman’s residence’ with accommodation for six-16 guests.

The portfolio is on the market with Christie & Co with a guide price of £3 million.
