Joe Padmore took 5-30 and hit 30 as Scarborough 2nds eased to a six-wicket win at Acomb 2nds in the York League Division Two Ebor.
Andrew Tute was the highest-scoring batsman for the hosts with 41 as Acomb were dismissed for 145, Padmore bagging 5-30 in just 4.5 overs and Kieron Rutter taking 2-35 in 12 overs.
In reply, Scarborough openers Mark Cook (29 from 19 balls) and Padmore (30) gave the visitors a solid base, with Kieron Howard adding 40, Bradley Milburn 16 off just 12 balls and Adam Eustace 24 not out off 14 deliveries as they race to victory from just 27.4 overs.
Flixton suffered a four-wicket loss at home to Malton in the Premier Division.
The visitors posted 214-9, Harry Walmsley hammering 60 and Will Norman, while former Scarborough Athletiic defender Matty Turnbull took 4-61.
Turnbull then hit 55, Steve Linsley 62 and Nick Schofield 30 not out to secure the win for Malton.
Former Yorkshire spinner David Wainwright struck an unbeaten 120 as his Castleford side won by 81 runs at Scarborough in the Yorkshire Premier League North.
The visitors were on the ropes at 132-8, but opener Wainwright struck 12 fours and a couple of sixes as he carried his bat to steer Cas to 223 all out, putting on 91 runs for the last two wickets thanks to 22 from Eddie Morrison and 12 from last-man Matthew Clegg. Liam Hyde had earlier hit 43 for the away side, while Ben Elvidge took 5-53 and Sam Drury 3-43.
Scarborough openers James Pick (36) and Darren Harland (41) saw them reach 69-1 but they then slumped to 142 all out as no one seemed able to make any headway with the bat except Elvidge, who added a tidy 34.
Morrison took 4-49 and Wainwright capped a superb indivudual performance with 3-21 from his 11.3 overs.
