Young bowlers Thomas Precious and Jack Holt, along with all-rounder Ashley Lyth, guided Scarborough to a comfortable six-wicket win at home to Barnsley on Saturday.
Holt and Precious claimed three wickets apiece as the North Marine Road club skittled the visitors for just 136 runs, with only Jason Booth (33) and Ali Jahingir (23) making any headway against an in-form Scarborough team.
Lyth also chipped in with a couple of wickets, while skipper Andy Simpson and Chris Grey took a wicket each to give Barnsley the chop, although it took the South Yorkshire side 53 overs to limp to their meagre total.
Simpson (19), fellow opener Darren Harland (15) and Mark Tennant (19) all got starts but failed to push on, but an unbeaten 38 from Lyth - allied to 22 from overseas player Samrat Sharma - wrapped up the complete win for the home side with 20.4 overs and six wickets to share.
Matthew Rushforth was the pick of the Barnsley bowlers with 2-26 from his 10 overs, while Callum Millward and Jahingir took the other two wickets to fall.
