Title-chasing Harrogate enjoyed their day at North Marine Road with a 113-run victory over Scarborough in the ECB Yorkshire Premier League North.
Jonathan Tattersall (66) and George Ross (40) shared an opening stand of 104, Tattersall making his third fifty in seven innings before Ben Elvidge (4-31) and Bradley Scott (2-27) struck back for the hosts, David Foster added 42 late on as the visitors reached 236-8.
The home side slumped in reply with Jonathan MacGregor (3-23) taking three of the first four wickets as they were reduced to 27 for 4, the final total of 123, which included three wickets for visiting skipper Ross (3-13), representing something of a recovery.
Only four Scarborough batsmen reached double figures, Aussie Scott top-scoring with 27.
Scarborough will aim to bounce back when they travel to York on Saturday.
