Joint Owners of Scarborough Athletic Society Limited are set to meet tonight for their AGM at the Flamingo Land Stadium.
During the meeting, owners will review the financial statements for approval and vote on the appointment of directors as three current directors have stepped down, with eight seeking election into the roles.
There will also be a report of the last year from chairman Trevor Bull.
The AGM gets underway in the clubhouse at 7.30pm.
Following the AGM, and after a short break, there will be a co-owners forum with Boro manager Steve Kittrick ahead of the club's huge FA Cup clash against Hyde United tomorrow.
