Scarborough Athletic boss Rudy Funk was over the moon with his side after their 3-0 success on the road at Heanor Town.
Boro remain clear at the top of the NCEL Premier after the victory against a very useful Heanor outfit.
Funk beamed: “It was one of the most pleasing performances that we have put on this season.
“That was a tough Heanor side we were up against because they were littered with experience and quality younger players.
“We were immense defensively in the first half, then in the second, once we scored, I could see us scoring a few and that is what happened.
“When you see how well our team is playing, how organised we are and the amount of desire the lads show, it makes my team-talks very easy, which is great for a manager.
“What I enjoyed most about this game was the focus of our lads. To come to Heanor and get a result like this is no mean feat.
“We are down to single figures in the amount of games we have left in the season, so we just have to keep going like this.
