New Boro boss Steve Kittrick is expecting a tough encounter against Bamber Bridge on Saturday.
Kittrick’s first game as Boro chief comes against 14th placed Bridge.
Kittrick said: “A pal of mine was at the game between Bamber Bridge and Ossett on Saturday and he said that Bamber Bridge were comfortably the better team.
“They have Jamie Milligan playing for them, who was at Fleetwood and Stockport, so we’ll have to get our heads together and work out how to stop him.
“You have to respect who you are playing against, but at the same time you can’t have any paranoia in thinking that your opponents are better than you.
“As long as the lads put a shift in and earn the rigt to play then we won’t be far away.
“That is the case in any level of football, from the Premier League to the West Riding League. You have to earn the right to wear that shirt.”
