Scarborough boss Kelly keen to keep hold of Dawson after trio of offers
Scarborough Athletic boss Darren Kelly hopes midfielder Chris Dawson will remain at the club despite receiving offers from three clubs last week.
Following a string of impressive performances for Boro, Boston United, Grantham Town and Buxton have all contacted the club regarding the former Leeds United midfielder.
Boss Kelly said: "Three clubs have put seven days in for Chris but I'm hoping that he chooses to stay at the club.
"I've made my intentions clear to him and I definitely see him firmly in my future plans.
"I'll speak to him again soon but ultimately it's up to him and he has to make the decision."
National League North high-flyers Boston United sit in seventh place and host Rochdale in an FA Cup second-round replay next week.
