Town went closest to opening the scoring in an even first 45 minutes, Joe Gage hitting the crossbar.

Liam Sugden handed United the lead against his former club, firing in with a superb strike from the edge of the box midway through the second half.

The win was completed for Leigh Franks' side when James Pinder finished neatly after latching onto Ryan Baldry's precise through-ball.

Hunmanby's man of the match was goalscorer Pinder.

Nathan Robson impressed at full-back for Filey, with debutant Ben Hargreaves also in form in goal.

Newlands romped to a 9-1 win against Ayton.

Ben Luntley and man of the match Chris Pearson bagged a brace apiece and there were two own goals from Ayton men as Paddy Mancrief's side ran riot.

Tom Goddard, Ben David and Jack Hakings also got in on the act for Park.

Luke McNulty scored Ayton's solitary goal.

In the only game in Division Two, FC Rosette won 7-1 against Eastfield Athletic.

New signing Dan Brailsford handed Rosette the lead before Athletic levelled through Paul Oldroyd.

Goals from Damon Cook and Mark Craven ensured Rosette led 3-1 at the break, before second-half goals from Ben Robinson, Joel Boyer and two from Alex Wray wrapped up a straightforward win for Billy Cammish's side.

Tom MacDonald was Rosette's man of the match while Theo James shone for Athletic.
