Mikey Kilpatrick opened the scoring for the visitors, who only had 11 players including manager John Cuffling playing in goal, with regular keepers Jamie Wassall and Paul Watson having to play outfield.
Wassall scored the second goal for Fylingdales after a smart turn on the edge of the area, then Kilpatrick made it 3-0 at half-time from the spot after a foul on Jake Faichney.
Watson netted the next two goals after the interval, a cheeky backheel from Harry Purves completing the scoring.
