Klosters and Trafalgar both picked up wins in division one tonight

West Pier 2 (Bradbury, Bell) Trafalgar 6 (Logan 2, N Thomas 2, Ramm, Patterson)

Title favourites Traf beat West Pier 6-2 to move level at the top of the table with Newlands.

Doubles from Billy Logan and Neil Thomas were added to by Jamie Patterson and Joel Ramm as Traf eased home.

A depleted West Pier grabbed their goals through Danny Bradbury and Nick Bell, but joint-boss Paddy Parke admitted the best side won on the night.

They now lie behind Newlands only on goal difference with two games in hand.

Gary Jordan was the Traf man of the match.

Klosters 4 (Fryirs 2, Turner 2) Fylingdales 0

Three first-half goals helped third-placed Klosters to a convincing home win over Fylingdales.

Georgie Rose played in Neil Fryirs to open the scoring after a quarter of an hour before Matty Turner stroked home Klosters’ second following good work by Sam Garnett.

The hosts’ third goal had an element of fortune about it as Turner’s mis-hit corner kick somehow found its way into the back of the Dales net.

Fryirs burst through on goal an slotted home his second of the game just a minute after half-time to wrap up the game for Rhys Howell’s side.

Midfielder Jake Faichney was in good form for the visitors, while Turner was Klosters’ man of the match.
