LEE DOUGLAS: Harry’s return was a major boost for us

Having Harry Domett back after his suspension was a big, big boost for us.

Harry’s a quality operator and he had that intensity in his performance that we need.

We missed him while he was out and you could see that he was hungry to get back in there and he made a big difference.

He is one of the first names on the team-sheet and he played a really good game.

He’s dangerous and he’s strong, and while he wasn’t happy with his defensive performance, it’s good that he always wants to improve and we’ll take that performance.

Tom Harrison was very accurate with the boot on Saturday, he kicked very well.

He’s a good kicker and that’s what he’s capable of.

Tom is really improving as the season goes on.

He’s starting to produce more controlled and precise performances and less of the erratic efforts he used to put in.

His decision-making is getting better all the time and that can only benefit us.

It was a bitter blow to lose Nick Ingham when we did and it looks like he’s going to be out for a while now, and he’ll be hard to replace in the side.

Saturday’s 35-27 win against Yarnbury was a superb start to the 2015 for us and we can hopefully use that as a marker now.

I think the scoreline flatters Yarnbury somewhat, and despite us getting a few breaks during the 80 minutes, maybe 35-20 would have been a fair scoreline.

The guys started well and got into a fantastic position, but we switched off.

The game was won, but the players knew that and you could visibly see the guys take their foot off the gas and let Yarnbury come onto us.

We travel to York on Saturday, which is always a very tough place to go and play rugby.

They’ve got a good forward element in their side and I’m sure they’ll be a tough proposition, but one that we can meet head on and come away with a win.

It’s good to have a few players coming back in, and Tom Chadwick trained this week, he just needs to get some game time and get match fit.
