Bridlington golf ace Alex Belt has hit top form ahead of his return to China.
Belt said: “I’ve won back-to-back PGA Pro-Ams at Hornsea on Friday and Crossland Heath on Monday, in the latter shooting a course record -6 with Nick McCarthy (Moortown GC) .
“I will be heading back to play the PGA China series next week for two events so I’m hoping to take my current form east.
“A lot of my success is thanks to local sponsors Nicholas Belt, Pineapple Joes and Malton BMW.
“In addition to my team of coaches, I’ve also recruited Steve Tighe on board from Blast Fitness to help with my strength and conditioning.
“He has been a great asset and motivator over the past few months, the hard work is starting to pay off.”
