Tinker to take on Herrera at New York's Madison Square Garden on St Patrick's Day show
Scarborough-born professional boxer Matthew Tinker is set to feature on a St Patrick’s Day card on March 17 at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Tinker will follow in the footsteps of Scarborough legend Paul Ingle in fighting at the iconic venue as he appears on the undercard of Irish featherweight Michael Conlan’s fight against Belmar Preciado.
Light heavyweight Tinker, who has quickly wrapped up two knockout wins since turning professional, will take on Esai Herrera of Austin, Texas, in a four-round fight.
