Rhodes, 25, has recorded five wins and one draw to date since turning over to the professional ranks, and he’ll be aiming to wrap up another win against Sheffield hopeful West, 23.
The Westway ABC based welterweight, who is making the step up for his first six-round contest, said: “I wanted to fight Steven Backhouse on this show, but for whatever reason, that hasn’t materialised.

“I believe I’ll be too skillful for him, and if I need to stand and trade then I can do that too.
“I’ve been getting some great sparring in and I’m just tapering down to fight night now.
“I’m told it’s a good venue, so I’m hoping I can put on a good performance.”
