Scarborough RUFC have confirmed their Aussie star Eamon Chapman will be staying at the club for a second season.
Chapman has been the Silver Royd club’s star performer this season and had options to move on, but club chiefs have managed to secure his services for the 2015/16 campaign.
Chapman said: “One of the key factors in my decision to stay next year has come from the support I have received on and off the field.
“The supporter’s dedication all year has been outstanding and it has really helped drive the team on.
“I’ve had a great but challenging season with Scarborough.
“Challenging in the sense that I feel as if we have under-achieved at times, but to end the season on some strong and gritty performances has been a positive.”
