Scarborough RUFC have been dealt a huge blow after Aussie Eamon Chapman decided to leave the club.

Chapman starred in his debut season at Silver Royd last season, earning him the club’s official Player of the Year honours and a place on the five-man shortlist for The Scarborough News award also.

The Aussie has signed for Guernsey RUFC, who are currently seventh in National League Three.

Chapman was sin-binned at Bridlington RUFC in his final game for the club at Dukes Park on Saturday in their 22-18 defeat in Yorkshire One.
