South African prop Nino Cutino can’t wait to get back involved at Silver Royd after re-signing for Scarborough RUFC.
Cutino enjoyed two hugely successful seasons with Scarborough before heading to National League Two North club Harrogate.
“I can’t wait to get out there and play for Scarborough again,” admitted Cutino.
“I enjoyed my time at Harrogate, but I felt it was time to come back and play with some good friends at a club I know very well.
“Nick (Ingham) got in touch in pre-season, I said I’d see how the first few weeks of the season go and then take it from there, and here we are.”
Cutino feels he’ll be able to bring even more to the table in his fresh spell at Silver Royd after working on several aspects of his game under the Harrogate coaches.
He added: “I’ve learned a hell of a lot at Harrogate in my two-and-a-half years there.
“I feel I’ve improved a lot, my scrummaging in particular has improved.
“My last game in a Scarborough shirt ended with a cup final defeat and a broken hand, so hopefully I can create some new memories this time.”
