Lindhead Primary School had a top day out at Scarborough RUFC’s Silver Royd
The Burniston-based school visited the top facilities for a day of fitness and rugby union fun.
A total of 63 youngsters from the school sampled rugby-based courses in the morning, as well as being shown around the impressive gym. Then in the afternoon club YDO Tom Harrison conducted a training session.
Harrison said: “It was a good day, they all seemed to enjoy it and many left tired out.
“We do offer this kind of thing to schools, though I do spend a lot of my time going into the different schools.
“It is always nice to bring the kids up here so they can have a look around and get a feel for the club.”
