Scarborough continued their superb start to the season with a 40-22 win on the road at Middlesbrough.

Scarborough raced to a 26-10 bonus-point earning half time lead at a warm and sunny Acklam Park.

Wingman Harry Domett, who was sent off on his last Middlesbrough visit two years ago, stretched the visitors lead with a try converted by Tom Harrison just after the break for a 33-15.

Leading comfortably, the Seasiders then lost the services of hooker Sam Dawson and prop Nino Cutino, both sent off and Middlesbrough scored a converted try to reduce the arrears at 33-22.

Scarborough then had scrum-half Jordan Wakeham sin-binned before Aaron Wilson powered over for a memorable try converted by Tom Harrison for Scarborough’s best win of the season.
