"Phil’s initial role is to work with the seniors on player development so we can maximise the potential of the all players who wish to improve the performance.

"He will also support other aspects of this area focusing on the retention of players and will work alongside Alan Govier, Tom Ratcliffe and YDO Graham Hogg.

"This appointment comes about as the club continues to grow at all levels and age grades and we hope everyone will support Phil in his role to help us ensure that we make rugby available for everyone who wishes to play."
