BORO skipper Nick Henry is calling on his team-mates to strike up some support for hot-shot Mark Quayle, starting in tonight's home clash with Morecambe (7.45pm ko)
Quayle has scored seven of the Seasiders' 12 league goals this season since signing from Nuneaton.
Henry said: "Mark needs the rest of us to start chipping in with some goals because we have relied on him too much.
"We are getting chances in games and if other players can start scoring then it would perhaps turn the draws into three points and improve our league position."
Boss Russell Slade welcomes back defender Steve Baker from a groin injury and striker Tommy Raw from a bout of flu for tonight's game but defender Steve Capper is likely to miss out.
Slade said: "Steve is a real doubt and was unable to train yesterday. Everyone else came through the Shrewsbury game and we are pleased to have Steve and Tommy back and available for selection."
New signings Clint Marcelle and Leon McSweeney are both pushing for a starting place after impressing as second half substitutes in Saturday's 1-1 draw.
Slade added: "I was pleased with their contribution. The problem with Leon is that he has not played much football so we need to introduce him gradually."
Boro squad: Walker, Lyth, Hotte, Redmile, Baker, Price, Gill, Kelly, Kerr, Capper, Quayle, Blackman, Henry, G Downey, Senior, Raw, Marcelle, McSweeney
