Tinker boxed on March 20 in Bristol against Nathan Nicholas from Planetside ABC, who was the 2015 Welsh ABA runner-up and is trained by Gavin Rees.

Tinker impressed throughout the bout and won by a unanimous points decision.

He then made the trip to Copenhagen in Denmark, on March 27, to captain the London boxing team.
