The big budget British film version of Dad’s Army, filmed on location in East and North Yorkshire, comes to the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough, next month.

Starring Catherine Zeta-Jones, Billy Nighy, Toby Jones, Michael Gambon, Mark Gatiss, Bill Paterson and Tom Courtenay, the movie, based on the hugely popular BBC series which ran from the late 1960s to the mid-1970s, was filmed in locations including Bridlington, Cloughton, Flamborough, Bridlington and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.

Dad’s Army can be seen at the there from February 22 to March 2 as follows: February 22 at 7.45pm, 23 at 2.45pm and 7.45pm, 24 at 7.45pm, 25 at 1.45pm and 7.45pm, 26 at 2.45pm and 7.45pm, 27 at 2pm, 5pm and 8pm, 29 at 3.30pm and 7.45pm, March 1 at 2.45pm and 7.45pm, 2 at 7.45pm, 3 at 1.45pm.
