The 8 Out of 10 Cats presenter will now bring his Terribly Funny tour to the Grand Hall next year on Friday July 9 2021.

New dates have also been found for The Magic of Motown which will now take place later in the year on Thursday November 19 2020 and The Illegal Eagles’ show has been put back until Friday July 16 2021.

The most recent schedule changes have been part of an intense operation which has gone on behind the scenes in recent weeks to accommodate shows and despite the postponements a huge proportion of ticket holders have held onto their tickets for the new dates.

Rachel Nicholson, Scarborough Spa’s Venue Manager said: “We are incredibly grateful for the support and people’s patience over the last few weeks”.

“As many of our events in the immediate future have been postponed, an incredible number of customers have kept hold of their tickets for the new dates. This is a massive reassurance for us all in the entertainment industry, securing us with the knowledge that we when we re-open we will soon be offering the high-quality shows, events and festivals that you know and love.”

“Stay safe and we look forward to a time soon when we can welcome you back to the venue again.”
