Scarborough YMCA to pilot Covid-19 secure show for invited audience

Scarborough YMCA is staging a return-to-the-theatre pilot show - West End Nights - on Friday October 2 at 7.30pm and has invited guests to test safety measures it has put in place.

NAP Music Productions and the YMCA Theatre have teamed up to put on the show to test out is Covid-19 Safe protocols.

The cast, crew and YMCA Team are giving their time free of charge. The West End Nights cast are Rebekah Kelly, Polly Aconley, Amy Kay Pell, Mike Seals-Law and James Aconley.

On the March 19, the YMCA Scarborough closed its doors as the Covid-19 pandemic began to take hold and its income ceased overnight while many of its essential overheads still had to be paid out.

The invited-only audience will be asked to give feedback on the experience after the show,
